Terms & Conditions

Payment must be made and the proof of payment must be sent through prior to the commencement of the course. Failure to do so will result in your booking being cancelled.

The full fee is payable if you cancel less than 5 working days prior to the start of a course, even if payment has not been made. Delegates may be substituted up to 24 hours prior to the commencement of a course.

In order to secure your place, advance booking is essential. • If you fail to attend the course you will still be liable for the full registration fee.

PIPP reserves the right to change or cancel the course date, speakers or venue, however delegates will be notified by email or telephonically.

Upon registration you will receive email confirmation if you do not receive this, please call in to confirm.
